Yes, you receive a dedicated travel planner throughout the planning process. On‑trip support (local rep and 24/7 emergency contact) is included — scope and limits may depend on the package.

We assist you in submitting your audition video (for performing groups), group information, and any necessary documents for reservations and approval. Once confirmed, we take care of scheduling your program in your itinerary and handling all travel arrangements.
A minimum of 20 paid traveling participants (students and chaperones) is required for our tours.
